Our experience at Bramble Kitchen & Bar was absolutely pathetic. None of our orders were served within 30 minutes, and when we asked for a reason, the manager (Imran) started using abusive language instead of giving any explanation. What’s worse, he waited until we had paid the bill before behaving in such an unprofessional manner. When we asked to speak to a senior or skip-level manager, we were only given the receptionist’s number, which was of no help. We had ordered two pieces of cake more than 1.5 hours in advance, and despite not ordering from anywhere else, we received only one piece — with the excuse that the second piece was unavailable. As visitors from Karnataka, we requested them to speak in English since we do not know Hindi. However, the manager couldn’t communicate in English, and none of the waiters knew the local language, except one bouncer, who was the only person who apologized and showed any professionalism.
