Everything was really good but the food was okayish Mozzarella cheese sticks were nice , wings were pretty good too , chilli garlic noodles were okay , portion size is little on the smaller size , onion rings were battered so yeah wouldn't buy it again Their pina colada is a 10/10 &. Chill garlic noodles & their loaded nachos omg so good - these were the best out of everything we tried. Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Parking space: Not sure Parking options: Valet

Disappointing Return Visit – Subpar Beer Service at a Premium Microbrewery! Having previously visited The Pump House in 2025, I returned with high expectations, only to be thoroughly let down by the standard of their beer service. As a craft beer enthusiast, I ordered a stout. To my dismay, it was served well above the appropriate temperature. While the staff might attempt to defend this as an "intentional" serving style for the style, the execution was flawed. By the time I was halfway through the glass, the beer had completely lost its fizz. The lack of temperature control allowed the bitterness to become harsh and overpowering, completely killing any enjoyment of the brew. When I brought this to the attention of our server, the response was highly unconvincing. I was told that "the glass might not have been chilled possibly." For a microbrewery of this stature, a warm glass is an unacceptable excuse, not an explanation. The only saving grace of the evening was the food—the egg dish from the wok was technically well-executed, though it leaned heavily into the fiery side. Overall, I expected a vastly superior experience from The Pump House. If you pride yourself on being a top-tier microbrewery, the absolute bare minimum requirement is serving your headline beers at the correct temperature in properly prepared glassware. Management needs to address their quality control and staff training immediately. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₹400–600
