Stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel, Rishikesh recently and unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The manager and executives lacked professionalism and were unhelpful. They seemed to have an attitude of being the 'only best hotel in Rishikesh', which reflected poorly on their customer service. Not supportive at all. Wouldn't recommend.

Beautiful location best environment, good staff, I highly recommend this is my second visit after Lemon Tree premier Bhubaneswar, both are nice

Worst experience ever!!! House Keeping here don’t even call, update or announce before barging into your room here in lemon tree hotels! This happened to my current stay today in such famous hotel booked via MMT. Housekeeping team said we enter every room irrespective of guest absence or presence! Valuables and privacy at very high risk! Reception should inform about all the policies down at the desk before allowing housekeeping team to enter the room in the guests absence.
