The courteous staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. If you want to experience prompt service, you should go to this place. I’ve eaten at Burger King many times in different cities, but this outlet had the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The staff was rude and unprofessional, openly using bad language among themselves and behaving poorly with customers. It really spoiled the overall experience. Food quality was okay, nothing wrong with it, but good food alone doesn’t make up for bad behavior,Customer service matters a lot, especially for a well-known brand like Burger King. This outlet seriously needs better staff training and management. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
