You can visit this cafe if you appear to be near Namgyal Monastery. Delicious coffee is a good choice for the first time you come to Lar Brazil Café. The patient staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. If you want to enjoy fast service, you should go to this place. As a number of guests affirm, the atmosphere is cool. The Lar Brazil is a smallish café with very low-profile signage, next to a Baskin Robbins. The location is good, on the main drag leading to the Dalai Lama's Main Temple, with a fine view of the street below and the skyway nearby. From its narrow balcony you get views of the temple too. Unfortunately, I discovered it on Losar, when large parts of McLeodganj are closed. The staff were away, but the manageress was kind enough to rustle up an amazing masala chai. I sipped it sitting in the winter sun on a cushioned chair in the narrow balcony corridor adjoining the café. It was great watching the weekend holiday crowds, and the chai was oh-so-amazing that I ordered a repeat! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Wonderful experience , friendly staff, great smooth coffee and healthy juice! We went back every day as it’s the best location, across from the cable car & a stone’s throw from Dalai Lama’s templefive stars!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The coffee was really smooth and very well made! Staff were so lovely and accommodating and were able to recommend good eats and shops. Basking in the sun on the corridor with great coffee overlooking the magnificent view was a treat.
