Today at around 1.47 am, I ordered few of the items which were well reflecting under there menu and after waiting for more than an hour at 3.00 am i got a notification from zomato stating my order is cancelled stating order rejected. Then i called the store guy at 3.01 am to check with my order and he said the delivery boy is almost near by the location and he would deliver. Then i got a call from the delivery guy stating i am near the hotel and please take your order. That poor guy has no idea with whom he is talking about the order and to whom he needs to deliver the order. He was carrying 4 water bottles and One large pizza to deliver some person named Tanisha. These people they did not had any idea for whom the order is and he kept calling me to get the delivery. After that when i again called the guy at store at 3.16 am he said sir your order is cancelled. Dominos or Jubliee foods this is a case of mental harrasement, cause 4 people were waiting for food since the moment i placed the order and we did not not only receive the food but also we waited for a long while to get the order and as a tourist i feel ashamed of your services and the reasons you put while cancelling the order online. While on call with the store guy he mentioned to update the menu with the so called JDM, but they did not do that and i felt for this trap. The store guy mentioned stating the availability was limited and my order was not processed at all. This is not end, and i will report this wherever it is required. I have the call history and zomato order details and a well suited eye witness for this whole situation. So here is my unscripted review about Dominos Mcleodganj. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹800–1,000

I had a very disappointing experience with Domino’s McLeodganj. A delivery boy refused to deliver my order to my hotel , saying it was too far. But just two days later, I saw the same delivery person delivering much further than my place, which felt unfair and unprofessional. As a customer, this was frustrating and showed inconsistency in their service. I hope the management looks into this and ensures fair treatment for all customers, no matter the location within their delivery area.
