Pathethic experience ever at lal tibaa cafe the lady owner sitting their is rude and even they started beating a guy from delhi and abusing the guy and his wife. Even her staff touched the women inappropriate and slapped the women and his husband few times and throw them out of thr cafe. As i seen same thing repeat with other customers also abusing and hitting . Do not visit this cafe ever your family safety should be your priority as you are tourist. These type of cafe should be closed asap Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If bad food and worse behavior had a headquarters, it would be Lal Tibba Landour Café. The place looks decent from the outside, but the moment you order something, the disappointment kicks in. The food tastes like leftovers from last week, and when you dare to mention it, owner Sandhya Thukral swoops in — not to fix the issue, but to argue like it’s your fault for having taste buds.Hospitality seems to be a foreign concept here. Sandhya Thukral treats paying customers like they’re inconveniences, snapping at anyone who gives honest feedback. The arrogance is almost impressive — you have to experience it to believe how bad it is.The view might be amazing, but sadly you can’t eat the view. The food is forgettable, the service non-existent, and the attitude unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. Lal Tibba Café is the poster child for how to ruin a beautiful location with unprofessional management. Avoid it like a tourist trap on steroids.
