One thing I noticed is that - they procure third class water jars (yes that same plastic jar which has billions and trillions of pathogen and those jars are never cleaned by vendor). They use that very cheap and dirty water for food instead of getting a proper UV purifier installed. My stomach got upset whenever I visited this chain. They need to make a lot of changes and just don’t go by ratings. If you think I am a random hater, go yourself and see. It’s unhygienic, at least to me. And yes their dosas are overhyped as well.
