We went to kritunga restaurant in Pranathi nagar ordered chicken dum biryani, It was one of the worst experiences I've had. We were really looking forward to a delicious meal and end up with a disappointing food, No flavoured and it is completely taste less It felt like eating leftover rice with random masala thrown in Pieces had no taste. The management is even worse. Zero professionalism, careless attitude, and no regard for customer satisfaction.Honestly, this was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in my entire life. Felt like I paid money to be disappointed and disgusted. Total waste of time, money, and mood. We haven’t expected this from Kritunga Save your money I suggest not to go here, don’t waste your money and mood. Good food = Good mood Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
