The mistake was from zomato delivery partner who picked the parcel from our restaurent but did not deliver to you. We have been explaining it to you on phone when you called us, but you were not listening to us. We have submitted all the needful information to zomato and they confirmed it was not our mistake. You also got refund from Zomato.We have also complained about the derogatory review you have given to us and they told they will take necessary action regarding this.
