Very bad behaviour of the cashier. There was hair in the coffee but still did not bother to replace it . Just kept arguing. Very rude and intolerable behaviour. Should be supervised well. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in

Bought assorted pastries on 17/07/25 at their New Alipore outlet. Same was kept in refrigerator. However, when served to guest after a few hours, it was smelling foul.. extremely embarrassing. Standard has really deteriorated. When called up & complained, they put the entire blame on me i.e, must not have refrigerated properly, exposure to heat for long etc. My strong advice is to avoid Kookie jar altogether when other options are available.
