Firstly the hotel is gorgeous, and The Promenade Lounge is at their lounge area. The lounge is overall open, with no such boundaries from other sections of the hotel, as a lounge should be.
It remains open all day, so you can visit anytime of the day.
We had tried a dessert(eclair), ice tea and french fries.
Price of the food items is okay according to the place, but dessert quality can be improved.
