Extremely disappointing experience at Trattoria, President – IHCL SeleQtions. As a Taj loyalist for over two decades who has dined across properties and always appreciated the warmth and professionalism of Taj staff, this visit was shocking. The team seemed disorganised, untrained and indifferent, with multiple staff members giving conflicting responses and taking over half an hour to address a simple request. The tone and behaviour were dismissive and bordered on disrespectful, making my family and me deeply uncomfortable. Having just experienced impeccable service at taj colaba, this lack of basic courtesy and consistency was disheartening and far below Taj standards.

I went to the Thai pavilion for my moms birthday. They were very helpful and got us everything she needed. The staff was very kind and the food was very good. I recopment this place! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
