I recently visited Jia The Oriental Kitchen and had such a wonderful experience. The place has a very chic décor with a warm and classy vibe that makes you feel instantly comfortable. The ambience is perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. The staff was extremely polite, attentive and made the whole experience even better. Coming to the food – every dish was a burst of flavors. The Orange Blossom and Cranberry Lime drinks were refreshing and set the mood just right. The Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Garlic & Chilli was crunchy on the outside and full of flavor. I absolutely loved the Truffle & Caviar Har Gow – delicate, soft and packed with taste. The Jia Special Roll was another highlight, with the perfect balance of prawn tempura and avocado. For mains, the Tenderloin with Truffle Butter was cooked perfectly and served sizzling hot. The Hakka Chilli Garlic Noodles had just the right spice and aroma. To end the meal, the Chinese Mango Pudding was smooth, light and refreshing. Overall, Jia is a must-visit if you love Oriental cuisine. Great food, amazing presentation and a beautiful vibe – I’d definitely go back again!
