I would highly recommend Kokum Bistro for a meal after the Amer fort! It’s a 10 min walk down the hill into the town of Amer. We split the family size masala dosa (540Rs) and a veg uttapam (300Rs) and a few drinks. The family size masala dosa, as advertised, was 2.5 ft long and great to split with a group (and also take a photo with). The only con is that it was a little too salty. The uttapam was also yummy and came with all the typical sauces. The restaurant itself has indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is covered with fans, and it surprisingly was cool despite the hot sunny 95F weather. We were able to get an Uber to pick us up directly from the restaurant as well. The service was excellent and the food came out relatively quickly.
