Seeking a Candlelit Dinner in Jaipur The Pakwaan is the perfect destination for you, a place you’re bound to fall in love with. I reserved a table for my bestfriend, along with some friends and all our children. It marked the day of our best meet-up day. It turned out to be a surprise party for my friend s. They brimmed with happiness and excitement, they joy lighting up the day that held a special place in our hearts. READ REVIEW BEFORE CHOOSING THIS PLACE - We had booked our Anniversary dinner at Pakwaan, We visited this place and reached there at 8:45 PM as they have given slot. When we reached and they took us to Rooftop, where we have booked a private place. 1.As they false committed,we have cameraman for photography and give you some photographs of yours. And it was completely false. One boy came and took some pictures from our mobile only.which was surprised for us and we don't wants to argue with them on this part as not interested to spoil our time. 2. When we reached waiter came at our table and told us MERA NUMBER LE LO KUCCH CHAHIYE TO CALL KAR DENA. It's pathetic. 3. Food taste was not up to the mark. We selected cheese corn Cigar Roll but it was not exactly Cheese Corn Cigar Roll.we choose Onion laccha paratha,honestly it was not Laccha Onion Partha. It's only Tawa Plain Paratha.image attached. 5. Even there is no Manager to ask you that, How's the food so we didn't leave our reviews there. Dear sir thank you for choosing pakwan candle light dining restaurant and we regret that we could not come up to your expectations. Upon detailed finding here is what we found out.. You are given a private set up on the upper deck and there was no other customer other than you. You have made a wrong allegation on us. Since we wanted to offer you the privacy it was precisely the reason you are attendant left his phone number with you and did not disturb your privacy by standing there. That's a standard policy be follow apart from a senior manager who is there all the time with in your vicinity but at the same time offering you adequate privacy for all your needs. We also found out that you are very dissatisfied and confused with the menu that you had chosen from our detailed menu. We serve cheesy corn cigar roll, and you confused it with just crispy corn which is not even in the menu. Similarly you choose a lachha paratha with pickled lachha onion, and you confused it with onion laccha Paratha which is not even in the menu. At both these places the menu was given to you in the writing and you miss understood it and confused it and then decided to blame us for it which we didn't feel is right. Curly we have about 4500 photos on our Instagram page and on Google and all those photos are clicked by the in house photographer that we have, the same photographer came to you to click your photos and since you choose an option to keep your photos private, he clicked it through your own phone which you new well and advance when you choose the photo policy option at the time of booking your dinner. Overall we feel that there is a lot of misunderstanding on your behalf, and we are serving a private dining experience which is a combined package inclusive of photography videography 7 course food menu decoration music dance and a lot of effort that goes into creating that romantic ambience . We feel it is totally wrong to blame the hotel for your own misunderstandings when everything was clear to you before hand. Chal to make things better our team shall be in touch with you for a detailed feedback and to clarify the confusions that you had and we look forward to serve you again sometime. Thanks Team pakwaan
