Lovely local restaurant attached to a small hotel. Signs indicate that the food was made without artificial coloring or refined palm oil. Very kind and attentive service. Enjoyed our meal very much! The Grand Peacock Restaurant delivered one of the best meals I’ve had in India—hands down. The food was incredible, bursting with bold, authentic flavors that hit the mark. If you’re looking for local Indian cuisine done right, this place doesn’t disappoint. The service was on another level. The owner was on-site and took the time to welcome us personally, which was a great touch. Our waiter knew his stuff and recommended two local dishes for us to try. Let’s just say he nailed it—both were fantastic. We grabbed a table upstairs on the balcony, and it was the perfect spot. Great weather, comfortable chairs, and a laid-back vibe. Sure, there wasn’t Wi-Fi up there, but our waiter stepped up and let us use his personal hotspot so we could get some work done. Talk about going the extra mile. If you want great food, top-tier service, and a solid overall experience, The Grand Peacock is the place to be. Don’t miss it.
