The architecture is breathtaking: exquisite arches, intricate silver jharokhas, stunning stained glass panels, crystal chandeliers (including what is said to be one of the largest in India from Swarovski), and a seamless blend of Indo-European aesthetics inspired by formal receptions of British and French nobility. The ambiance is regal yet warm — soft lighting, plush seating, and attention to every detail made us feel like royalty. It’s the kind of place where every photo turns out magazine-worthy, and the vibe is perfect for a special occasion, anniversary, or simply indulging in luxury. I opted for dinner, starting with cocktails that were beautifully crafted and presented. The menu offers a well-curated selection of multi-cuisine dishes — North Indian, Rajasthani, Continental, Italian influences, and more. Standouts included the fiery yet perfectly balanced Laal Maas (a Rajasthani classic that was rich, tender, and full of depth), Akhrot ki Tikki (walnut patties that were crispy outside and flavorful inside), and some excellent Continental options with fresh ingredients and refined presentation.
