I had a very concerning experience at Burger King recently. A staff member took it upon herself to post a Google review using my account without my consent. At first, I thought she was simply checking my order number, but to my shock, she went ahead and left a review on my behalf. Even after I repeatedly told her no, she ignored my objections and submitted it anyway. This is completely unacceptable and a serious breach of trust. Reviews should be honest, voluntary, and written by the customers themselves—not something forced or manipulated by employees. This kind of practice misleads potential customers and damages the credibility of genuine feedback. I strongly urge Burger King’s management to address this issue and ensure that staff members respect customers' rights.
