Pathetic.....we were the only ones in the lounge area and the attendant seemed extremely busy and we had to wait for a pretty long time for him to even address us. His overall attitude is rude. We just had to move somewhere else. I have been to Haka many times and didn't think their lounge service would be so bad. Please fix your guy else you're gonna keep losing customers.
