Tucked away in the heart of Kolkata, Kouzina Mining Co. is more than just a themed restaurant—it’s a culinary expedition. Inspired by the rugged charm of a vintage mine, the interiors are a visual delight, but the true treasure lies in their continental kitchen. Among their standout offerings, the Chicken Tetrazzini is a masterclass in comfort and sophistication. Served piping hot, this dish blends tender chicken shreds, perfectly cooked spaghetti, and a velvety white sauce that’s indulgent without being overpowering. Equally stellar is their Lasagne—a luscious, layered marvel that feels like a warm hug on a plate. Alternating tiers of al dente pasta, creamy béchamel, robust chicken ragu—savory, slightly tangy, and deeply satisfying. The Chelo Kebab Sizzler on the other hand, although being satisfying, did not hit the Chelo Kebab mark we Peter Cat fans are used to. Lastly, the Grilled Fish with Caper Sauce was tangy nd satisfying, albeit with a HUGE serving of Mashed Potato.
