The Vegetarian cuisine is nice at this restaurant. Taste nicely cooked lemon rice, sambar and idli at KAPILAVASTHU RESTAURANT. A selection of delicious coffee is offered to guests.
The accommodating staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. If you want to experience fine service, you should go to this place. Come here for the enjoyable atmosphere. But visitors rate this spot below average on Google.

Very poor service. Only one old guy was attending us who was very kind. Rest of the service guys was just standing their even though they are more active and even after asking for water or anything else they were totally Un attentive. The person who took order was totally unavailable for most time. Even asking for and bringing one chutney took approx 1 hour. We had to cancel few orders coz it took so much time to get few orders. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Recommendation for vegetarians: Not sure

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and staff were courteous. The ambiance was pleasant for a quick veg meal or tea break. Positives: Clean and hygienic environment Tasty and fresh vegetarian food Good seating space and decent service But here’s the real issue – the prices! A single tea costs ₹21 (excluding GST) Veg noodles: ₹176 1 porotta + kurma: ₹38 Honestly, the quality and quantity don’t justify the pricing. For a middle-class customer, it feels like an utterly overpriced experience. You walk in expecting a decent meal and walk out wondering if the pricing had gold flakes hidden in the food. Tip: Always ask for prices before you order. It can save you the shock at billing. Verdict: Not recommended for daily or budget eaters. Good food, yes—but not worth the cost.
