It used to be good. Those days have gone. Now it is not worth going. There was Hardly any crowd, but there was no one to attend, I then had to go and enquire. We had gone to just have coffee, SUCH A BAD Coffee, it was just Milk Water NO taste of Coffee and they charge Rs. 50/- for two coffees. 0% value for money, I will Never visit this Hotel again, which used to be very famous for taste. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200

Very bad service. They don't take your oder properly and you should wait 30 mints just to take your oder even the hotel is not crowded. Don't go there unless you have so much Patience and good mood to deal with these people!!! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Rating it 5 so it would show on top. An utterly disappointing experience at Hotel Sri Harihara Puthra this morning. We had already learned from a previous visit that most breakfast items get over by 8:30 am, so this time we called ahead. The person on the phone assured us everything would be ready by 7:30 am. We arrived promptly at 7:35, requested masala dosa, only to be told it wasn’t ready. Fair enough, I said I would wait. The server agreed. A short while later my mum checked at reception, and we were told “10 mins.” Instead, it took about 30 mins before the dish was served. We patiently waited, ate quietly, and paid for our food. But shockingly, while we were still eating, another customer approached us to say the staff had been discussing that we were “sitting there too long.” Frankly, that was appalling. We weren’t loitering, we were waiting for food that the staff themselves delayed. It’s insulting to blame customers for taking up space when the fault lies entirely in poor service management. If management cannot grasp the basics of hospitality, timeliness, respect, and not gossiping about paying guests then this place has no business calling itself a hotel. The whole experience left a bitter taste, far worse than any cold idli ever could. Never again. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment! Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
