I ordered the puri sabzi as a takeaway from Kanha Sweets in Amritsar, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality. Even after taking it away, the puris remained fresh, soft, and perfectly cooked, which speaks volumes about the care they put into their food. The aloo sabzi was rich in flavor, with a delicious blend of spices that tasted authentic and comforting. The pickle was a fantastic addition, adding just the right amount of tanginess to complement the meal. The gur (jaggery) halwa was the perfect finishing touch warm, rich, and beautifully balanced without being overly sweet. If you’re in Amritsar and looking for a traditional Punjabi I highly recommend giving Kanha Sweets a try.
