3rd class tea n 3rd class attitude their staff have.. especially lady sitting on billing counter very arrogant Doesn't knows how to talk to clients.. I request the management kindly teach her lesson Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

the butterscotch cake that I ordered was not good..with every bite there were big sugary crunch pieces..too sweet..even there were sugar granules added at the top in the centre in large quantity and also on the sides..never expected such quality from bansal bakers..I ordered cake first time from u and will never order again..very bad experience

I visited your shop on 27 Jan 2023 and requested for half kg of Patisa which one of my friends requested me to bring since you seem to be popular. However, i ha d a horrible experience there because: I asked for patisa and that stupid guy gave me pinni also i did ask for a tester for a piece of sweet and that arrogant guy told me its paid and i did pay even after paying for a single piece of tester i paid 20 bucks and did not even get what i requested. is it my job to look inside the box double check before leaving? Seriously haven't seen such a pathetic service. I will give minus 5 out of 10 if i could
