I have never seen such a bad KFC before. The staff here treated us very badly. I also noticed that when I complained, they were very arrogant and ignored it. It's very late to order from here. Even when I asked them about the current 7-minute policy at KFC, they didn't give it to me. I have all the evidence of this, I'm just not releasing it out of respect for the privacy of the people here. They need to fill more staff as on the offer day Wednesday.....they are having 2 lady employees only. Nobody's there to take order. And there is a lot of pressure and only 2 female are looking there for whole taking order and packaging and making.we have waited for one hour to order and next one hour to get the food. Two females are looking table orders, online and offline orders also cleaning tables and making food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had been to the Baner unit and it has been a very bad experience. No one was bothered to attend the customers, even after calling them multiple times, no one has come to attend us but the executives were very much available inside. When I made noise a lady came out and behaved rudely. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
