Subject: Complaint Regarding Service at KFC Westend Mall Dear KFC Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your Westend Mall outlet on \[insert date]. I arrived at the store at 10:54 PM, knowing that your official closing time is 11:00 PM. However, I was refused service for a takeaway order by the store manager, who rudely informed me that the store was closed. This behavior is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Not only was I within operating hours, but the manager also lacked basic courtesy and customer service skills. It felt like I was being turned away without any valid reason, and the interaction left me with a very negative impression of your brand. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure such incidents are not repeated in the future. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they make the effort to visit within official hours. Regards

Westend Mall Aundh Pune KFC is the worse. First of all change the management team, service is too poor. Next the chicken is not fresh at all, customers are served with KFC which has been their for weeks which is not fresh at all. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited KFC and had an amazing experience! The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was finger-lickin' good, and the atmosphere was cozy. I ordered the tandoori zinger as always, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
