Horrible experience/customer service at this location. This is the first time in my life I’ve witnessed such disgusting behavior from KFC staff. Firstly, there was so much confusion among the staff. After placing the order, we waited for 30 minutes, only to realize that recent orders were being given out while we were still waiting. Upon inquiry, we found out they had missed our order. They asked us to wait again, and after 5 minutes, when we went to collect the order, only half the items were provided. They then took back the entire order and made us wait again. Throughout all this, not a single apology was offered. On top of that, they only provided two tomato sauce packets for an order worth 1k. We requested a staff member, who was roaming around, for a few more sauce packets, and she rudely replied, “Go get it from the counter.” At the very least, she could have said it politely. The staff needs proper training on how to behave with customers. Such unprofessional behaviour from the staff .This was the worst experience, and I will never return to this branch. I request KFC to look into this matter. If 0 star was an option I would go for it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was undercooked and cold do you want us to fall sick by spending so much money please take proper cooking steps and hygiene I wonder you are so well known brand
