I want to file a complaint against the KFC staff. I placed an order for the offer that was valid before 7:00 PM. I clearly showed the employee the time and it was still before 7:00 PM, but he still refused to accept my order. After that, the employee deliberately changed or adjusted the time and said that it was already 7:00 PM and the order could not be placed. This has been the worst experience of my life. Because of this behavior, I will never visit KFC again, and I will also never recommend KFC to anyone else. Service: Dine in Service: 1
