This outlet of KFC, is a black blot and a complete disgrace to the brand. The staff here is callous, ignorant and cocky as hell. The manager, his/her subordinates, cleaning staff, all are high on their attitudes and pride. Regardless of a woman or a man, these bunch of misbehaving idiots will not help or attend a customer in a polite or civilised manner. My latest outing happened to be last night that is on the 9th of January 2026. My order no. was 1722, and the group of completely misinformed and cocky managers/workers/cleaning staff, led by S S Shekhawat, didn’t even know how to open their screen to confirm the order, they were taking to each other in a rowdy manner without acknowledging the fact that I was standing right infront of them. They order was stale, cold and fizzed out, fries were served on the counter without a tray or napkins. Don’t visit this outlet of you don’t want to feel insulted, embarrassed or hurt. Pathetic is the word for the outlet. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Recommendation for vegetarians: Not sure Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

I should have read the comments before visiting. The chicken served was mild warm from outside and cold from inside . Choco lava served was cold . The server did admitt. There was another person who returned food due to cold. Pizza Hut and Mc Donald is far too better . Never will visit the store. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800
