Unbelievable experience at Burger Farm! As a fast-food chain, I expected efficiency, but got pathetic service instead. Took 10-15 minutes to place an order, only to be abandoned mid-order for a phone call. Waited 5-7 minutes for someone to return, but was deliberately ignored by other staff. 11 years in business and still can't get it right! Don't waste your time. Avoid Burger Farm at all costs!
