I first placed an order through Swiggy, but two items were missing. When I raised the issue, the delivery person insisted that Burger Farm had given the correct order and even argued instead of helping. After a long discussion, he finally took the burger back and issued a refund. Hoping for a better experience, I placed the same order again through Zomato and even called the outlet to confirm the items before dispatch. Unfortunately, I still received the wrong order. When I contacted the outlet, they assured me that the order was checked, but after I sent them a photo of the incorrect item on WhatsApp, tey said they will replace one item. However, the burger itself was missing its filling. I do appreciate that they eventually corrected their mistakes, but the entire process caused unnecessary delays and embarrassment in front of my guests. The repeated errors and lack of proper quality checks were disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
