I had a shockingly bad experience at an apparently renowned cafe chain. I have been a customer at Brown Sugar since it has been around in Jaipur and I have never been so disappointed. Most of the food that we ordered was not available. Then from whatever few options we had, we ordered a paneer sandwich, garlic bread and a pink sauce pasta. The paneer sandwich was not only stale, it tasted really bad. The pasta was the worst I ever had. The garlic bread was bland but the only thing edible after adding oregano and chilli flakes. I did not expect this experience from Brown Sugar. Would never visit the Malviya Nagar franchise ever again. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
