I recently dined at KFC, Oberon Mall, Kochi, with my friends. There was not much delay in getting the items after ordering, but the customer service was really not good. They were not interested in attending the customer and not having a pleasant face. I felt bad after seeing this. The dining area is charming and has good interior work. Food was great as usual from KFC. Not sure about the toilet facility, wheelchair accessibility is available. Vegetarian options: Not sure Dietary restrictions: No Parking: Inside the basement for cars. Outside parking for bikes.
