I had a very disappointing experience at Chicking Palarivattam today. When I arrived with my family to park the vehicle, the security staff not only denied access to the available parking but also behaved very rudely. It was extremely upsetting to face such treatment, especially when we were with family and simply looking to dine in peacefully. Due to this, we decided not to dine at the restaurant and had to leave. This is not the kind of customer experience one expects from an established brand like Chicking. Adding to the frustration, I tried contacting the number provided on your website multiple times to report the issue, but it was unreachable or inactive. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the unprofessional behavior of the security team. This kind of experience reflects very poorly on your brand and can drive loyal customers away. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Parking space: Difficult to find parking
