Why we go KFC just for that crispy layers of chicken but what we got worst experience in advant KFC.Chicken was good but the taste and cooking was worst . Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Mingles Bucket Meal

Extremely disgusting and pathetic experience.so recently i ordered and paid the bill twice once online and later by cash as the manager claimed that the machine is not working anymore right after the amount got debited from my account. He told be very confidently that it will get refunded in2-3 working days.so I trusted the staff and paid in cash again.after2-3 days I visited the store and called him and again he told me to wait for 7-10 working days for refund,then again after 12 days I called him but he insisted I check my account as it got refund already but after 18 days I managed to check my whole statement from bank and it was not refunded yet.so I called him again and the response of the manager(Mr.ramakant) was so casually asking me to visit their store “JUST COME TO THE STORE AND HAVE THE FOOD WORTH YOUR REFUND, so I insisted him to refund the amount in my account but still he apparently told me that KFC HAS NO RULE TO REFUND THE MONEY “.i have the evidence of all the transactions made in 02/05/24 . Today it’s been 19 days since I didn’t get my refund ..@KFC ADVANT reach out asap ACTION YET TO BE TAKEN!
