Ordered gimbap, first it was oily. Plus they didn't send soy sauce, or kimchi with it like other restaurants do. Very disappointing

Overall it was a really bad experience: total waste of money, time and hassle of travelling. I would break this review in multiple facets which should help you understand: 1) Hospitality: the staff doesnt know english aur hindi. They only know Korean because of which it was a disaster to communicate with them. They weren't welcoming at all. I went their with my friends cz i wanted them to experience Korean cuisine and culture and we were disappointed in both aspect. 2) Ambience: there were hygiene issues as there were flies flying around and more over we found a tiny fly in one of our food and we got it changed. The moment you'll enter a staunch will irritate your nose and it will keep bothering you till you exit. 3) Food: even more disappointing. Not at all good in taste. I have had authentic korean food in seoul and it was no where near to that Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
