1 Star I’ve been a loyal KFC customer for over 5 years, but my recent visit to KFC Noida Sector 18 was absolutely terrible. The entire seating area was empty yet every table had leftover food and was filthy. I had to clean my own table just to sit down. The staff didn’t care, the service was poor, and the food was cold, tasteless, and far below the usual KFC standard. It genuinely felt like a neglected roadside stall, not a global food chain. If this is what KFC has become, then I’m done. I never thought I’d say this, but Popeyes and other places offer a much better experience now. Avoid this outlet at all costs. I went to this KFC outlet with my family on 27 March 25, afternoon. The seating is on the first floor. After placing the order when I went upstairs,my ordeal started. The passage,staircase and the glass wall,everything looked like an old unkept storeroom.there were bags and cartons lying the passage .The glass walls had splashes of something that looked as if it hasn't been cleaned since ages.The seating area was full of filthy and mosquitoes.the AC was not on even though the temple was almost 40 degrees outside.the common bathroom door was ajar which was emitting a strong stench. We called the lady at the counter.she told us that the AC is being serviced and therefore it's not on.AC service at 1.30 in the afternoon!!!! Seriously !! when it's lunch time and a lot of office people go to KFC for a quick bite!!!! Anyways after a while they switched it on but the dust,filthy and the stench from the bathroom made it almost impossible to enjoy our lunch so we took our food and preferred to eat it in our car Really horrible place and poor service. Most of their furniture is also dated. I will never ever visit here again not will I recommend this place to anyone. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Popcorn, Zinger, Chicken Biryani with Chicken Popcorn Vegetarian offerings: Not sure
