First time visited badlapur kfc outlet today, disappointed because all AC were kept off (red light), only while entry blower gets activated while door open and cloor. Staff does not care to pro actively clean the tables but have to tell them twice or thrice..even after requesting them to clean my experience was they dint came to clean the table. Worst staff KFC get your staff changed. Service: 1

KFC outlet in Badlapur is worst in quality, since last three years I had complained three times to local manager and also written to KFC but no action taken yet. KFC is known for juicy and fresh chicken however this kind of top quality we gets only in metro cities at few famous locations, but in tier 2 and tier 3 cities they are providing worst quality like - chicken is not fresh - forget about juiciness - it is very hard to chew with dominating oil smell but the price is same in all outlets. If you show them quality they will never accepts the truth and will misguide you by saying this what quality is and it is not a bad one. I guess KFC’s thinking is that, people are street dogs who lives in tire 2 and tier 3 cities and KFC can sell any shit to them and earn money. We should stop eating at such double standard restaurants. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
