Very worst outlet. I had ordered a bucket from here they have not yet delivered it has been 3 hours. Nor they are accepting the calls. Neither have i got my refund. Bullshit outlet @kfc. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹400–600

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We asked TWICE for the table to be cleaned because it was covered in leftovers from the previous customers. Nothing happened. No one came. No apology. No urgency. We ended up finishing our meal while sitting with someone else’s leftover food still on the table, and finally had to leave the restaurant just to eat properly. That’s beyond disgusting for a place that serves food. This isn’t a minor inconvenience this is basic hygiene and customer service, and KFC Badlapur failed completely on both. Staff either didn’t care or were completely indifferent, which is honestly worse. If this is how cleanliness is handled in the dining area, I don’t even want to imagine what goes on behind the counter. Extremely disappointing, frustrating, and downright gross.... Never coming back.!
