We ordered for 3 Burgers, in 2 burgers there was no base part of the bun, later the same burgers were served with the base bun. Astonished to see the team had no courtesy to apologise for the major error. It seems your team is not adhering to SOP , hope they will go to the root cause of the error. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Pathetic staff. French fries size is around 1 inch and we had faced this issue every time for french fries. staff always doing chit-chat and not not supportive. Worst branch of McDonald's Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹400–600
