I’ve visited this Burger King outlet 2–3 times in the afternoon, and every time they give the same excuse that the AC isn’t working—either “light is gone” or “AC service is going on.” It gets really uncomfortable. Also, when we order using the QR on the table, they never serve it to the table; we always have to go to the counter to collect the order. Overall, the experience is disappointing.
