Absolutely Unhygienic and Worst Service – Avoid This Place Had a terrible experience at Delhi Darbar Hotel. While we were dining, we saw 5–6 cockroaches crawling on our table — not in a corner, but right on the dining surface. This shows a complete lack of hygiene. We informed the waiter immediately, but he didn’t bother to respond. Then we approached the manager, and to our shock, he didn't take any action either. In fact, his careless reply was – “Yaha aise hi hota hai, it’s normal.” This kind of attitude is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. To make things worse, the service was extremely slow, with no sense of customer care. This place is not safe to eat at — both in terms of hygiene and behaviour. Strongly NOT recommended.
