Got to try the buffet dinner as a part of corporate stay. Spread is good. Not outlandish. Of whatever dishes were presented, they were made considering the taste buds of various guests. Acceptable. Live counters doling out Indian, Oriental and Italian specialities. I opted to try the Pasta Alfredo, made so good with the firm bite and creaminess. Was a delight . Wanted to try some Chinese noodles/rice but it wasn't on the menu for the day. Nevertheless, they made it and served a portion The gesture is highly appreciated. The chef did come around, greeting guests and seeking opinions. Made it a point to mention about the Lemon Coriander Soup, Gobi Pakoras and Pasta. They were the stars. Mr. Saif the staff, had his eyes on the lookout for any requirement, checking time and again. He made sure to get the noodles made for me . It does make one feel special.
