From the moment of arrival, the ambience felt warm and intimate, setting the tone for a relaxed yet elevated evening. The presentation of every dish showed real attention to detail, and the balance of bold Indian flavours with the subtlety of Japanese techniques made the meal stand out. A special mention must go to our server, Jennifer, who truly elevated the experience. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, guiding through the menu with thoughtful recommendations and a clear understanding of both the ingredients and the style of the restaurant. Jennifer timed the courses perfectly, checked in at just the right moments, and handled a few special requests with genuine warmth and professionalism. Her friendly attitude made the evening feel personal and well looked after.Overall, Inja feels ideal for a celebration or a special night out, especially for those who enjoy trying something different from the usual fine‑dining options. INJA Restaurant is a hidden gem. The experience of dining at an Indo-Japanese fusion restaurant was very unique. It really is the pinnacle of a fusion place, and that too one of a kind. Our server understood our choices by asking us a few questions initially and gave us her suggestions. While serving, she pointed out the origin of the different ingredients and how the inspiration drawn from both cuisines was so perfectly balanced. The restaurant has something for everyone, with a wide variety of flavors from both cuisines. The yuzu mishti doi for dessert was the cherry on top of an already amazing meal.
