INJA Restaurant is a hidden gem. The experience of dining at an Indo-Japanese fusion restaurant was very unique. It really is the pinnacle of a fusion place, and that too one of a kind. Our server understood our choices by asking us a few questions initially and gave us her suggestions. While serving, she pointed out the origin of the different ingredients and how the inspiration drawn from both cuisines was so perfectly balanced. The restaurant has something for everyone, with a wide variety of flavors from both cuisines. The yuzu mishti doi for dessert was the cherry on top of an already amazing meal. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Vegetarian options: The portion sizes are not huge.
