India bistro and china bistro are 2 outlets which are famous for their respective cuisines. Visited India Bistro chembur recently. This place is famous for north - indian food. Tried few dishes like 1) Pani puri - Sweet and Tangy both water were placed in injections. The entire pani puri setup was pretty cute and tasty. 2) Dahi palak chaat - Palak deep fried and topped with chaat ingredients. This is their signature dish and was amazing For main course we had Paneer makhani, bread basket, dal makhani and jeera rice. All four were amazing. Dal makhani is highly recommended Lastly for dessert we had Rasmalai which was mind blowing. Over all a great experience had amazing time.
