I'd like to say this is one of my favourite restaurants. When ever i go to phoenix I make it a point to have lunch here. Their food is simple and yummy. I have had the dosas, uthapam, sambar rice and they all are yummy. The mini meal was not that amazing but much better than other places. Post lunch there is always a touch of either butter milk or filter coffee which is also too good here.
I craved for some South Indian so we decided to order from ID. Their menu here is very simple , idli dosa and vada. That's all.
So what we ordered. Plain dosa , onion uthappam and filter coffee.
It took around 10 - 12 mins for the order to be ready.
The dosa was hugeeee. Which was served along with two chutneys ; coconut and tomato chutney and also sambar. The dosa was thin and crisp made in olive oil. Which tastes good for me.
Onion uthappam was topped wit loads of podi and onions. The uthappam wasn't undercooked.
Filter coffee was the usual though.
This costed us about 300 which is reasonable.
Overall ;
Taste - 3.5/5
Vfm - 3/5
Ambiance - NA
Service - NA
