The food is good but the service needs to be improved a lot. I went there by evening hoping to get something to eat for my kids. I don't want to get too much as it is just an evening snack. I enquired about the budget option but the lady at the counter had stopped responding properly as soon as I asked for budget options. She just left hanging us in the middle of the conversation and went to the kitchen. After that another girl attended us. She was friendly and helped with our order. The rude lady was wearing grey instead of the usual Red, so she may be a supervisor. Yet this was the worst service I have seen in a KFC branch Service: Takeaway Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Today my experience at KFC _table's where not clean and there was food lying on the floor and overall this outlet was a bit disorganized. The food was satisfactory at the very least. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

1) KFC Food variety and Quality is OK. 2) Food Billing and Food service is Awesome by the service people working in this KFC Branch. 3) During dine-in at this branch with Family&Kids, not suitable for dine-in due to lots of Mosquitoes inside dine-in place due to unworthy maintenance and dine-in infrastructure is UNHYGIENIC. 4) Air-conditioners inside dine-in are poor maintenance and AC water leakage drops directly to the food eating Table. This branch has POOR INFRASTRUCTURE and UNHYGIENIC DINE-IN place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: KFC Combo, Big 8 Bucket
