We stopped here on our way out of Ooty, around lunch time. They only had dosas and rice bath available as it was a bit late. But the taste was good and quantity was more than sufficient. Excellent service as well. Traffic increases a lot in the mornings inside the city, so this is a convenient spot to stop for some food on the way out of Ooty. If you're traveling through Ooty, especially on the Gundlupete route after the Kalahatty junction, make sure to stop by the House of Dosas food truck on the left side of the road It's a simple roadside cart that delivers big on taste. The menu is minimal, offering Dosa, Egg Dosa, Pongal, and Rice Bath. Each dish is prepared fresh and tastes fantastic. The flavors were a delightful surprise, far better than what we experienced in some of the other restaurants in Ooty. Another big plus is the pricing – it’s very reasonable, making it a budget-friendly option for delicious food. If you're looking for authentic, flavorful bites without burning a hole in your pocket, this food truck is a must-visit. Highly recommended for its taste, simplicity, and value!
