This is a family hotel with great location with excellent view of Ooty Lake. Rooms are spacious, clean, provided modern eminities with top notch services. It has in house restaurant with variety of veg menu. Buffet breakfast is excellent. All staffs are very cooperative, friendly and also professional. Had a great stay here for 2nights. Highly recommended stay in Ooty if you want to enjoy the Ooty lake view and hill view together. Service: 5

It was a pleasant stay and staff are kid friendly and service is also really quick. The food options are great and hygienic. Would really recommend anyone who wants to stay in Ooty this place. Overall a nice place to stay for family with kids. Service: 5

I chose Hotel Darshan this time because I had a wonderful experience with the hotel 5 years ago. But this time, everything turned around. We waited nearly one hour to get our room. The room was not well-maintained. There was no response from the room service department. The next day's morning breakfast was chaos. They served food late, and we had to wait for it to be refilled. We didn't even see several dishes that they mentioned on the menu. Never going to stay here again. It was a pathetic experience Service: 1
