Quite a good property with great view of Ooty lake,just 2 mins walking. Hotel has a mini theatre and big lobby area on each floor where hammock is there which makes its perfect place to take pics. We stayed in executive rooms, it was good for 2 people but felt little small. Room service and staff was extremely nice and polite and helped with every thing that we needed. One of best thing was they also provided majority of food items in Jain which was great relief for us. Just felt that the prices of food was on little higher side. Overall a good experience Service: 4

Rooms are clean. Hotel is clean. Staff is very cooperative. Location of hotel is opposite lake and give mesmerizing view from the hotel. U can sit in the corridor and enjoy the view. Service: 4

I chose Hotel Darshan this time because I had a wonderful experience with the hotel 5 years ago. But this time, everything turned around. We waited nearly one hour to get our room. The room was not well-maintained. There was no response from the room service department. The next day's morning breakfast was chaos. They served food late, and we had to wait for it to be refilled. We didn't even see several dishes that they mentioned on the menu. Never going to stay here again. It was a pathetic experience Service: 1
