Cost is reasonable but the atmosphere and customer service very bad . Customer recommendations they are ignoring.

Was not the best but it was great the food provide was good and amazing service most of them were Malayali so there was no communication problem that's why it stays different. And this time it was very crowdy because most of the school were or tour to Ooty and stayed at the same place the cottages were good but TV services were bad . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The restaurant looks good from outside decorated with miniature lights and inside there is proper seating space. May be more than 15 tables. We went at night and the restaurant was about to close.. We had porotta, chicken curry and pepper chicken. The behavior of staff is good. Service was good enough. And the coast of food is moderate. The restaurant is almost 500 meters from Ooty lake.
