A lot of people have noticed that the service is nice. If you visit this bar, certainly, you are to love the surrounding pleasant atmosphere. But many clients who use Google didn't grant Hotel patnitop a high rating.

Hotel service is very bad. They do not provide any slippers in the Room. They does not provide heater. We have asked many time for heater and slippers, but the staff is very arrogant. They charger like 5 star hotel and service provide like zero star hotel. We Have asked for carpet. But don’t provide any carpet. And the room temperature is around 1 degree .I highly recommend that not to book this hotel. Washroom are in very bad condition, hot water geyser are not working . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The rooms and washrooms were very bad; basic facilities like a heater, towels, slippers, and a hand towel were unavailable. The room lacked carpeting, and the temperature was around 0-1°C. The staff were very rude. I highly recommend not staying at this hotel, especially with family and small children. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
