My stay at this property was an extremely disappointing experience, largely due to its management. I strongly advise against booking directly with them, as they'll quote one price at check-in and then demand a significantly higher amount at checkout. The rooms themselves were poorly maintained, unhygienic, and had an unpleasant odor. The bedsheets and bedding were stained, and the washroom was unclean with dirt on the floor. To make matters worse, they provided only a small, cheap bar of soap instead of standard amenities like body wash or hand wash. If you still decide to stay here, I highly recommend booking through a third-party site like MMT or Goibibo. Not only do these platforms often provide more protection, but they also tend to offer cheaper prices and better deals compared to booking directly.

-Hotel Patnitop by EMT provided a disappointing experience overall. -The rooms were dirty, lacked ventilation, and had stinky floor mats. -The behavior of the receptionist was unacceptable, lacking basic courtesy. -The hotel lied about the Wi-Fi connectivity, which was only available in the lobby. -The hotel was overpriced, charging 5000 rupees for just two nights. -Avoid staying at Patnitop Hotel by EMT and opt for better alternatives in the area.
