Great stay on Mall Road! The gentleman and the lady at the reception were very calm, polite, and extremely helpful. They provided all the necessary guidance during the snowfall, which was really reassuring. Rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. Very kind host, we reached the day when shimla stood still. Our host treated us well and made us comfortable. Their gesture made our stay happy. Special mention: food here is bit expensive but very tasty. Must try cream of veg soup and egg curry. Service: 5
