We had a pleasant stay at this hotel during our family holidays. One of the biggest highlights is its **excellent location near Mall Road**, which made sightseeing and evening walks very convenient. The availability of **car parking** was another major plus, especially while traveling with family. The **staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help**, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The room was comfortable and met our expectations, though **housekeeping could be improved** in terms of attention to detail. Overall, it’s a **good choice for a family stay** thanks to the location, parking facility, and warm hospitality. With a bit of improvement in housekeeping, it could be an even better experience. We stayed here for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The scenic view cosy ambience and tasty food made our stay memorable. A special thanks to the host for being so kind and generous to upgrade our room to luxury at the check-in.

Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Silverine. The room was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was polite, courteous, and always helpful, which made the experience even better. The hotel interiors are tastefully done, and the valley view from the property is really nice. One of the biggest advantages is its location—it’s walkable to Mall Road, which is extremely convenient. Plus, the hotel provides parking, which is quite rare in Shimla and a huge plus. Overall, an excellent place to stay if you want comfort, good views, and easy access to Mall Road. Service: 5
