We stayed here on May 20th and 21st as we were visiting Himachal from US. We wanted to cover Kali Baari Mandir and Jakkoo temple and this hotel was arranged by our tour operator Regal Vaccations.. The hotel is situated close to "The Mall" and very accessible to all the amenities. It is bit hidden down the hill, next to the Simla Club and difficult to locate and older seniors may find it difficult to go up or down. Smaller engine cars may find difficult to accelerate as while exiting, need to navigate a steep hill.... Rooms are clean and front staff provide excellent customer service though, not expressive in English. We managed with our broken Hindi. Rooms provide electric kettle and condiments to have early morning coffee. Restaurant does not open before 8 am or 8.30 am, so early birds may have difficulty. Also, dinner does not start till 8pm. Food is awesome. Bad WIFI connection at the hotel, so don't depend on them. We used our own hotspot for security reasons Everything is good about the hotel, except the kickers indicated about Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 3 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value
